We would like to highlight a few reports that can be used in order to see what you still need to ship out to your customers.
Shipping Report
By default, this report will only show lines that still have a status of “open” and have a booking status of “Booking.” It will display lines that are currently on a pick ticket if that pick ticket has not been delivered. The default sorting option for this report is by Product, then by what is assigned “deliver out of location.” When a location is assigned to the booking, it will display the Quantity available in the inventory at that location.
To remove any lines that are already on a pick ticket, you can add “pick date” to the current date and then select omit.
If you select the Gear Icon on the line, you can start a new pick ticket from the report.
Shipping Report by Location
This report will bring in all orders for the filter criteria selected. The default filter on this report is a Booking status of “Booking.”
This report is sorted by Dealership, then by customer, and shows a summary per “deliver out of location,” per product. It displays all units the customer ordered, what is scheduled to be shipped already (on a pick ticket), and what is remaining to be delivered. It then also shows the units available at the location assigned and the overall inventory at all locations. If there are enough units to ship, you may even see green conditional formatting for a visual effect.
Similar to the shipping report, you can begin a new pick ticket from this report by selecting an option from the Gear Icon.
You can also see the detail of the bookings making up the overall totals for that line by selecting the Information Icon. To see a detailed version of the report that displays all of the lines, select “Show Detail” in the Hamburger menu.

The following reports aren’t specific shipping reports but can be used to view units left to be shipped.
Dealer Grower Report
This report will by default show a Booking Status of “Bookings.” It is sorted by Dealer, then customer, and will show the detail of all ordered lines. It will display the Quantity Ordered, Shipped, and Left to Ship.
Sales Vs Shipped Report
Similar to the report above, this report will bring in all sales lines and is sorted by Dealer, then Customer, then grower. This report then will show which Lot number was delivered so you can see open vs closed lines. If you filter for a Status of “Open,” you will just see undelivered lines.
NOTE: Any Sales report ran with a filter of “‘Status’ – Open” will only display orders that haven’t yet been delivered.
Positions Report
When running the Position Report, you can view the units by Product that are still open to be Shipped under the “To Ship” column. If you use the Hamburger menu to sort by the Location, you will see what orders still need to be delivered out of each location. The last column of “Position on Hand” will show you what is available in a location to deliver at this time.
You can also begin a new pick ticket by opening the “To Ship” detail and selecting the Gear Icon in the detail card that opens.
